Overall nice that's why I booked 2 times.

Room and Location are very good. Staff also very good. This time view from the room was not good. Last time the view was nice.

Clearing the waste bins daily is better. Also changing the towels and bed sheets also good if it is a daily basis.

Rose Garden Hotel is a nice place to stay. Staff is exceptionally good.

Refrigerator was not working, some furnitures need replacement, towel was torn.

Not happy over the last couple of stays but since it is close to my clients at a good price.

Breakfast is adequate and good. The location of this property is appropriate for me to visit the clients who are just 15 minutes away.

The bathroom facilities and also the housekeeping is pathetic and leaves a lot to be desired. There were no towels in the bathroom, reason being that the laundry hadn't come that day. After many reminders, the towels came. Also, the bathroom wash basin was leaking, shower holder was broken. etc etc.

Room smells very bad , some ot the Furniture is broken, The location is bad , I booked a room with a balcony and a view of the city and did not provide it

The rooms were neat and clean. Overall ambiance was good..basement Parking, lifts n reception was good

The location is currently very bad because there are many road blockades and diversions and you cannot reach hotel easily. No nearby restaurant to eat. Riyadh metro work is ongoing in front of the hotel hence very hard to reach hotel

the water sanitation is bad. water is clear, yes but there is black particles coming out of all faucets and shower. food (breakfast) isn't delicious. low quality ingredients used

The furniture is outdated The location is surrounded by road detours and construction works The view from the window is blocked by other buildings The breakfast in the buffet needs to be improved but price wise was good Not enough complimentary drinks was offered in the room and no boiling water machine

It’s close from Riyadh center

The location is very bad because of the Metro project .. very difficult to reach and find this hotel. Cleanliness is poor specially the linen of beds were not clean.

Driving to reach the location is quite challenging due to most of the roads in the area are blocked and diverted...but it was not that difficult at the end to use google map, even though we need to improvise the way out from the map when we are close to hotel already...

Nothing at all this stay

The room number 901 is not good at all first of all the telephone not working that's why I can't contact any facilities in the hotel, the bathroom always without towels this is 2 stay like that always short of H.K , the bedsheets so old and not comfortable with the pillow, really I'm not satisfied this last stay , plus all over the 9th floor looks there are some construction whole night there are noisy of labour
